Montreal, Nov. 24 – Ten years after 195 countries signed the Paris Agreement, pledging to combat climate change by limiting global temperature rise to well below 2˚C above pre-industrial levels, Concordia experts are available to discuss how well those promises were kept.
Damon Matthews, Professor, Geography, Planning and Environment, is an internationally recognized expert on climate change science and climate policy. He can also discuss issues related to carbon budgets, climate impacts and climate modelling.
