Concordia is observing a holiday schedule on Monday, May 19, 2014.

No classes or other instructional activities will occur. Only staff, faculty and graduate students with appropriate university-issued identification will be able to access offices, studios and laboratories; undergraduate students will require a letter from their respective departments.


May 19 closures:
  • Shuttle buses will not be operational
  • Le Gym (Sir George Williams Campus)
  • Le Centre (Loyola Campus)


Other relevant information:

Libraries

  • Both libraries will be open for study only. Please note that when the R. Howard Webster library is open on holidays, the Mackay Street entrance must be used.
  • They will close at 9 p.m. on Sunday, May 18 and reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 20
     

Food services

  • For those with a Concordia meal plan, the Buzz and the Zest will remain open
  • Chartwells food service units will be closed


Parking

  • Parking in the J.W. McConnell (LB) Building will remain open
  • Loyola parking will be open from 6 a.m. to midnight
  • Faubourg Tower parking will be open from 6 a.m. to midnight


Tunnel access

  • The tunnels on the Sir George Williams Campus will be closed from 11 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, to 7 a.m. on Tuesday, May 20.
