How donors transform student lives

Scores of Concordia students whose paths are eased by philanthropists met their benefactors at the annual Donor and Student Awards Celebration on April 10, 2014.
The gathering, attended by 300 people at the Hilton Montreal Bonaventure Hotel, was organized by Advancement and Alumni Relations in association with the Financial Aid and Awards Office to thank benefactors for their support and to recognize student achievement.
Student reporters Emily Campbell and Jonah Aspler, from Concordia's Department of Journalism, produced this video report that features shows keynote speaker, Concordia graduate and Oscar winner, Frederick Bohbot, as well as Concordia President Alan Shepard.
