For the past few weeks, the team behind CBC Radio’s network program Quirks & Quarks has received several questions from Concordians. Now, they want to meet the very people who came up with those queries, as well as members of the Concordia community, during a taping of the “Quirks & Quarks Question Roadshow,” on May 25, beginning at 7 p.m., in the D.B. Clarke Theatre.

Participating in the show is a simple process: show up nice and early, since seating will be on a first come, first served basis. As many as 10 questions will be answered on the show itself.

The Quirks & Quarks team is now choosing experts from Quebec universities, including Concordia, to provide the fullest, clearest answers. The producers have considered questions about black holes, Canada geese and the scent of flowers, to name just a few finalists on a very long list.

Attending the taping will provide an additional bonus: the opportunity to meet the host of Quirks & Quarks, Bob McDonald, and members of the program’s team. They’ll be hosting a reception immediately after the show.
