“On behalf of the entire university, I wish to express my gratitude and thanks to our colleague Dina Azuelos, whose 20-year long career at Concordia will come to an end when she takes retirement on February 1, 2011,” says Acting President and Vice-President, External Relations and Secretary-General Bram Freedman.

Dina Azuelos joined the university in 1990 as a senior translator, then coordinator, a position she held until 2007 when she was named Director, Translation Services. During her tenure, she has introduced new processes and procedures to respond to the growing demands of the service, new user-friendly translation tools for the community as well as providing a place of professional growth for interns from Etudes françaises.

Christophe Ryneczko will serve as Interim Director for the next six months pending confirmation of the new Director.
