The mandate of the Advisor is to assist members of the university in resolving behavioural incidents in an effective and constructive manner. She is impartial in the exercise of her duties, respects the confidentiality of all who seek assistance, and does so in a non-judgmental manner. Responses may range from the use of informal dispute resolution methods to formal procedures for adjudicating complaints.
