Concordia begins search for new provost and vice-president, academic

The search is underway for Concordia’s next provost and vice-president, academic. The senior leadership position oversees academic programs, enrolment, student services, and support for teaching and learning, while helping to shape the university’s long-term planning.

A 12-member Advisory Search Committee will lead the process. It includes faculty members from all four faculties, staff, and student representatives appointed by the Concordia Student Union (CSU) and the Graduate Students’ Association (GSA).

The process is governed by Concordia’s policy on senior administrative appointments (BD-5).
