Impact of strike on bus and metro service
Montreal's transit authority is advising passengers to plan ahead and allow extra time for travel during a planned strike starting June 9. During the nine-day strike by maintenance workers, bus and metro service will be interrupted outside peak periods.
Please note there is no change to class schedules during the transit strike. The university remains open and in-person classes continue.
We appreciate the increased difficulty that travel to campus will pose for some students and ask that you make alternative travel arrangements. If you cannot arrange an alternative, contact your professor as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
