Students

Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:

  • Humanities doctoral student and Concordia Public Scholar Alex McClelland writes an opinion piece in Now Toronto in support of a call for a moratorium on all new prosecutions of cases of HIV-non-disclosure.
  • Middle East Eye reports the return to Canada, on June 30, of Concordia engineering student Bissan Eid and her infant daughter, Sarah. The mother and baby had been stranded in Gaza while trying to secure an exit visa from Israel.
  • Humanities student Danielle Keating writes in Study Breaks about a food dehydration project, led by Colgate University student Ella Gehrke. Keating is a regular contributor to the publication.
