Students

Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:

  • Le Devoir publishes a think piece about medically-assisted dying in which it describes and links to a comic strip by Emanuelle Dufour, doctoral candidate in art education. Dufour created the strip in honour of her grandfather and his decision to opt for a medically-assisted death upon learning that he was terminally ill. Dufour is quoted throughout.
  • Green Building Advisor picks up a release announcing that the Ecocor construction company will act as the industry partner for TeamMTL at Solar Decathlon China 2018 in Dezhou, China. Team MTL comprises more than 50 Concordia and McGill students, who have designed and test-assembled the net-zero energy Deep-Performance Dwelling (DPD) on the Loyola Campus.
  • First Capital Realty (FCR) announces a juried student sculpture competition, open to currently enrolled students in the Masters of Fine Arts Program at Concordia, to produce artwork for a site designated by FCR from among its shopping centres in the Montreal region.
