- Guru Meditation reports on a 2016 study led by James Pfaus, professor of psychology in the Faculty of Arts and Science. Pfaus and study co-authors at McGill University and at Universidad Veracruzana in Mexico concluded that rats display behavioral patterns consistent with orgasm-like responses. The researchers believe that the results, published in Socioaffective Neuroscience & Psychology, offer new possibilities to study orgasms in humans.
