  • Journal Métro interviews Valérie Lamontagne, part-time faculty in the Department of Design and Computation Arts, who talks about the Fashiontech Festival, May 26 to 28, at the McCord Museum, showcasing the city's growing smartwear sector. Lamontagne talks about her work and that of Joanna Berzowska, associate professor in the Department of Design and Computation Arts and director of electronic textiles at OMsignal, and Barbara Layne, professor of Fibres and Material Practices in the Faculty of Fine Arts.
  • Le Devoir publishes a critique of Niemandslandhymnen, an immersive multidisciplinary concert event created by Sandeep Bhagwati, associate professor of music and Canada Research Chair in Inter-X Art Practice and Theory in the Faculty of Fine Arts, presented last night at Montreal's Usine C.
