Expert commentators
Concordia faculty and researchers are regularly asked to offer expert, informed opinions on many of today's most pressing problems. Read some of the latest news items about Concordians:
- Graham Dodds, associate professor of political science in the Faculty of Arts and Science, is interviewed by Leslie Roberts on CJAD Radio about new controversy involving U.S. president Donald Tump's administration, including the disclosure to Russia of sensitive intelligence and reports that Trump had asked former FBI director James Comey to drop the investigation of former National Security advisor Michael Flynn. Scroll down the page to the "LISTEN" section and click on "See More" until the link appears, "Did President Trump leak confidential information?". Dodds also appeared on City Montreal's Breakfast Television this morning, on the same general topic.
- Canada.com reprises a Montreal Gazette article quoting Gavin Taylor, senior lecturer in and associate chair of the Department of History in the Faculty of Arts and Science, as the paper examines some of Montreal's pre-colonial history.
- Kyle Matthews, executive director of the Montreal Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies (MIGS) at Concordia, was interviewed about the latest developments in Syria, yesterday afternoon, on CBC Radio Montreal's 'Homerun' (no link available).
