- Jeannine-Marie St-Jacques, assistant professor in the Department of Geography, Planning & the Environment, is a guest of Anna Maria Tremonti on CBC Radio One's 'The Current', where she talks about flooding in Quebec. St-Jacques tells Tremonti that people must stop building their homes on flood plains and is critical of Quebec's flood management. St-Jacques is first heard at the 5:20 mark.
