  • Newsroom America picks up coverage of research into crowdsourcing and how it impacts the way business is conducted. Zeynep Arsel, associate professor of marketing at the John Molson School of Business, investigated crowdsourcing in an article published by the Journal of the Association for Consumer Research. The article was based on the 2012 master's thesis of Eric Martineau, supervised by Arsel, for the John Molson School of Business Master of Science Program.
