Students

Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:

  • After National Review on Tuesday, Heat Street  and USSA News report on an opinion piece by a Concordia student, published this week in The Concordian, who says politically-incorrect microaggressions may lead to mass shootings, such as that at the Quebec City mosque. The student op-ed piece is referenced in a sidebar story in The Washington Post (on the bottom-third of the web page).
  • A PR Web release announces the publication of the fiction book The Chosen (Trafford Publishing, 2016), by psychology student Kassandra Patti.
  • The Indo-Canadian Voice notes the participation of the Concordia Sikh Students Association in a drive to prepare Valentine's Day gifts for women in shelters in the Montreal area.
