Students

Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:

  • Jeremy Serfaty, the John Molson School of Business student who established the Ace Cancer Fund, was interviewed yesterday on City TV's Breakfast Television Montreal. Serfaty talked about his fundraising work, focusing on the “Ace Cancer Gala” he has organized and which takes place tomorrow at 6:30 pm at Le Crystal Reception Hall in St. Laurent.
  • First-year Concordia undergraduate student Dunia Al Mehlm, one of two Syrian refugees being sponsored by Concordia, is featured on Vocativ (video and text). The piece recounts how Al Mehlm was able to pass English proficiency tests by learning the language via Skype before coming to Canada.
