  • The CTV National wrapped up last evening's newscast with a report on the revival at Concordia of century-old cookie and sweets recipes from the Grey Nuns dietetics manual. The report shows an Aramark food services chef at work in the kitchen of the Grey Nuns Residence, and Concordia student Eva Espenshade and others enjoying authentic Grey Nuns deserts from the heritage menu. The text version of the story is picked up by Life Magazine, Newscaf and 24News.ca.
