• A number of media pick up coverage of a study led by associate professor of biology Vladimir Titorenko and Idunn Technologies founder Éric Simard, who identified molecules found in plants that could slow the ageing process. The study was published in Oncotarget: Mirror (UK), Journal de Montréal (Titorenko pictured), Lab Product News, HT Media, Newsgrio.com and Drug Discovery and Development.
• Joanna Berzowska, associate professor in the Department of Design and Computation Arts, member of the Milieux Textile and Materiality research cluster and founding research director of Concordia's design research studio, XS Labs, is interviewed in studio for 'Les Éclaireurs', on Radio Canada Première Chaîne. Berzowska, who talks about her work on electronic textiles, is introduced at the 1:56-mark. Her segment begins at 22:40.
• Le Soleil publishes a letter to the editor in support of the position taken by Geneviève Rail and other researchers in an opinion piece in Le Devoir, dated October 5, 2015, in which they called for a moratorium on the distribution of the the human papillomavirus vaccine, Gardasil. 
• Ronald Rudin, professor in the Department of History and co-director of the Centre for Oral History and Digital Storytelling, is interviewed on Radio Canada's 'Le 6 à 9' about his Lost Stories project, focusing on little-known stories of Canadians.
