Students
Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:
- Communications student Alexis Lahorra is featured in an article on GlobalNews.ca (reprised in Christian News Today) about peer pressure and bullying. Lahorra, who says she was the victim of bullying, is leader of the Concordia chapter of Jack.org, a group dedicated to youth mental health.
- Concordia student Mia Shabsove, writing in Mtl Blog, compiles a list of 25 thoughts she says Concordia students are likely to have during their first week back at school.
- La Tribune de Sherbrooke, previewing the 2016 university football season, mentions last friday's season opener between the Concordia Stingers and McGill Redmen. The Stingers won the game 30-16 to clinch Concordia's third straight Shaughnessy Cup.
