First U.S. presidential debate

The first of the three scheduled debates between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump will be held on Monday, September 26. NBC's "Nightly News" anchor Lester Holt, the moderator of the event, selected three topics: America's Direction, Achieving Prosperity, and Securing America. Graham Dodds, associate professor in the Department of Political Science, can weigh in on which topics Clinton and Trump will try to tackle and which they'll try to avoid.
