International Chocolate Day

Tuesday, September 13 is International Chocolate Day and chocolate lovers around the world will be indulging to celebrate. Jordan LeBel, associate professor in the Department of Marketing, is a food marketing expert who can talk about artisanal chocolate and trends in the chocolate industry. He can also speak more broadly about why eating chocolate can incite such great pleasure.
