  • Coverage continues in Spanish-language media of a study conducted jointly by Jochen Jaeger, associate professor in the Department of Geography, Planning and Environment, and Spain's national museum of natural sciences, looking at how animals are impacted by the encroachment on the natural environment of road and other infrastructure: Canarias7El PaísEl MundoAmbientumEl EspañolVerde and Next. A report appears also in the University of Washington Conservation Magazine. The study was published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
