Students

Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:

  • Hugo Cornellier, the Concordia computer science student who continues to garner international attention for his timelapse boy-into-man YouTube video, tells a CBC.ca reporter that he has no intention of ever ending his "selfie-a-day" project.
  • L'Écho Abitibien reports that hockey player Anthony Beauregard will receive a $4,000 bursary from the Fondation de l’athlète d’excellence du Québec if he enrolls at Concordia to play for the Stingers. Beauregard is studying the offer, but indicates that university hockey is not his top priority and hopes to concentrate on a bachelor's degree in Leisure Sciences at Concordia.
