Wildfire coverage. Concordian in the CFL.

Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:

• The Edmonton Journal publishes an opinion piece co-authored by Concordia communication studies doctoral candidate Trish Audette-Longo and MacEwan University journalism professor Brian Gorman, who look at the media coverage of the Fort McMurray wildfires.
• Stingers football player Arto Khatchikian, selected by the Ottawa Redblacks in the recent CFL draft, is profiled in Le Droit and La Revue de Gatineau.
