Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:  

• AutoFocus, reporting the results of last weekend's Shell-Eco-Marathon in Detroit, lists Concordia's Supermileage team of engineering students in eighth position at the finish in the annual international competition to achieve the greatest distance on a litre of gasoline with a student-built vehicle. The Concordia Supermileage prototype achieved 386 kilometers-per-litre. 
• The Weston Town Crier reports on a recent debate among PhD student Tricia Liu (composite materials) and two other candidates for a position on a school committee in Weston, Massachusetts.
