- Damon Matthews, associate professor in the Department of Geography, Planning and the Environment, is quoted throughout an article in Le Devoir about the choices facing consumers as the world grapples with the challenge of meeting the carbon-reduction targets set at last December's COP21 climate change conference in Paris.
- As "Super Tuesday" looms, south of us, political science associate professor Graham Dodds offers the CTV Montreal audience a "primer" on U.S. presidential nomination primaries.
- Ira Robinson, professor in the Department of Religion and Chair of the Institute of Canadian Jewish Studies, is interviewed for Looking at Zion about life in the Jewish diaspora.
- The Montreal Gazette, its e-edition and the Ottawa Citizen report that Concordia's women's hockey team coach Julie Chu scored two goals to help her team, Les Canadiennes of the Canadian Women's Hockey League (CWHL) to a 7-1 win over the Toronto Furies to complete a best-of-three semi-final series sweep. The Gazette's story also mentions that the Stinger's women's hockey team was eliminated from the Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec (RSEQ) playoffs in a game against the Université de Montréal Carabins, on Saturday.
