Various issues concerning Concordia University are often reported on by news outlets. Here is the most recent coverage pertaining to the institution:
- La Presse + writes about Concordia's new Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Aerospace Engineering program, recently approved by the Quebec government and being offered as of September. The article states that Concordia will be one of only two universities in Quebec offering such a program. Amir Asif, dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, is quoted.
- Concordia ranks number 2 in Quebec and number 56 in the world in the Universitry of Indonesia's Green Metric ranking of the world's most ecological universities. The news report appears in Journal Métro.
