Various issues concerning Concordia University are often reported on by news outlets. Here is the most recent coverage pertaining to the institution:
- Droit-Inc writes about the 5-day sales team management certification program at the Institute of Leadership in Management, offered in partnership with the John Molson School of Business.
- LaPresse.ca, writing about the book Between the World and Me (2015), by journalist Ta-Nehisi Coates, who says racism is in America's DNA, points to Concordia to illustrate that Quebec is part of the anti-racism wave the article's author says is sweeping the United States. Specifically, the article mentions a demand heard in some Concordia circles for the introduction of an interdisciplinary Black Studies minor (Black Consciousness at Concordia, The Link, February 9). The Siver Times carries a translated version of the La Presse article.
