The first article in the series, "Move the body, feed the mind",  appeared on Saturday. It featured the research of Louis Behrer, a professor in the Department of Psychology and scientific director of the PERFORM Centre, on the benefits for older adults of fitness training. The second installment in the Aging Well series, Saving for Life, appearing today, focuses on the work of Arvind Jain, a professor in the Department of Finance in the John Molson School of Business, on investment behaviour. The focal point of the article is retirement investment.
  • Med Page Today is the latest to report on the work of researchers from Concordia, Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur de Montréal and the Montreal Chest Institute, led by Simon Bacon, a professor in the Department of Exercise Science, who found that a 12-week supervised aerobic exercise program could help control asthma symptoms.
