Students

Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:

  • Radio Canada International and GlobalNews.ca join the numerous news outlets that have reported on VoteNote, a new free smartphone application developed and launched by Concordia journalism student Matthew Heuman and four fellow-students in the Department of Journalism. Another of the project team members, Tierry Tardif, is interviewed by Frédéric Niocoloff on Radio-Canada radio. Tardif also appears in a CTV Montreal news report, at the 35-second mark.  The VoteNote application uses GPS technology to identify a given voter's riding district and to provide relevant riding information. The app is currently available for download on iOS and Android devices.
