The Montreal Signs Project is an ongoing research project dedicated to the exploration of signage in the city of Montréal, through memories, archives, and rescued or donated signs.
On June 21, communications professor Matt Soar appeared in several segments on CityTV. He spoke to reporter Elias Makos about the Montreal Signs Project. They took a brief tour of the signs on display on Concordia’s Loyola campus, and then visited a local ghost sign (currently exposed at the corner of Rue Sherbrooke and Avenue Melrose in NDG).
Soar later appeared on CJAD radio to discuss the project.
