Students
Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:
- The Whig Standard profiles Joelle Malcolm, who recently finished her first year studying business at Concordia. She created a boat-washing service this summer as part of the Ontario Summer Company program, run by the Ontario government, which helps students create their own businesses.
- In a Montreal Gazette opinion piece, Eliot Perrin, a Master's student working on a thesis on the early days of Montreal's heritage movement, decries the proposed retooling of the Alcan complex to include a 30-storey megatower.
- The Cape Breton Post reports that Jarrad Detheridge, an 18-year-old student-athlete from Nova Scotia, will be coming to Concordia in the fall to study sociology and play football with the Stingers.
