Students
Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:
- Concordia MBA student Christina Paylan, a former president of the JMSB's Women in Business Club, is quoted in an article in The Globe and Mail about the practice by some business schools in Australia of offering no-cost or low-cost MBA's to eligible women in an effort to boost female representation in business programs.
- Sociology student Fatima Mehri is featured in an article in La Presse + about what fashion-conscious Muslim women think of the special Ramadan collections offered by the Dynamite and Mango clothing stores.
- A news release in La Nouvelle Union about the recent Défi Relève Mode gala in Montreal mentions that students and recent graduates from Concordia helped teams of high school students from across Quebec design clothing and stage a fashion show for the Relève Mode event.
