Various issues concerning Concordia University are often reported on by news outlets. Here is the most recent coverage pertaining to the institution:
- Huffington Post Québec picks up a Radio-Canada text report that the Fédération étudiante universitaire du Québec (FEUQ) has suspended its operations following a wave of disaffiliations by student groups. It includes the CSU among a list of eight student unions that are still members of the FEUQ.
- The Telegraph (UK) picks up a Times Higher Education ranking of the world's top 100 new universities, aged under 50. Concordia, one of four Canadian universities to make the ranking, comes in at number 96.
