Chipotle says no to GMOs

Chipotle Mexican Grill is the first major restaurant chain to begin preparing only food that is free of genetically engineered ingredients. In 2013, Chipotle was the first restaurant chain to indicate which items contained genetically modified organisms. Adrian Tsang, professor in the Department of Biology, can weigh in on the GMO debate.
