  • CBC.ca writes about a formal complaint to the Human Rights Commission from a Concordia student who claims he was a victim of discrimination. The complaint was filed by master's candidate in engineering and computer science Arash Khodadadi, who says his bank account was closed by the CIBC. The article says that the only reason offered by the CIBC for closing Khodadadi's account when the story was first reported on cbc.ca last December was that the student holds an Iranian passport.
