TV5 Monde hacked by ISIS

For three hours on Wednesday night, all broadcasts on TV5Monde, were blacked out by a group claiming to be ISIS. On Thursday, April 9 the French culture minister called an urgent meeting of media groups to assess their vulnerability. Mourad Debbabi, professor in the Concordia Institute for Information Systems Engineering, can weigh in on how cyber terrorism is a threat and how a group like ISIS can use it to its advantage.
