Quebec Spring Budget
Quebec's spring budget will be tabled on Thursday, March 26. Speculation is that the Finance Minister Carlos Leitão will announce a balanced budget for the 2015-16 fiscal year and that Quebec will be seeking more spending reductions. Harold Chorney, professor in the Department of Political Science, can answer questions about the budget.
