  • The Montreal Gazette publishes an article about the work of Raymond Paquin, assistant professor of the JMSB Department of Management. Paquin is quoted at length on the subject of industrial symbiosis, where companies strive for energy reduction by sharing and exchanging waste-products. It includes a link to a 1:44 video of Anjali Awasthi, associate professor in the Concordia Institute for Information Systems Engineering. Awasthi discusses car sharing as an integral part of sustainable development plans for the city's economy. The article is part of the Montreal Reimagined series, focusing on the work of researchers at Concordia.
  • The Independent, Health Aim, Complex, Bustle, pulse.ng, Times Live,  Longevity Live and Gizmodo join the cohort of media that have reported on a study conducted by Jim Pfaus, professor in the Department of Psychology, and Nicole Prause, an associate research scientist in UCLA's Department of Psychiatry, that debunks clinical claims and observations that the more erotica men watch, the likelier they are to experience erectile problems.
  • Media around the world continue to write about the work of doctoral candidate and lecturer in the Department of Religion, Brice Jones, who has deciphered an ancient Egyptian receipt for a heavy land-transfer tax. Cairo Scene writes about the research and Videnskab picks up an earlier article (in Danish).
