All-around success. Eco-marathon.

Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:

• Nouvelle Union reports that Olivier Hinse, captain of Concordia’s men’s hockey team, has been awarded the Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) Dr. Randy Gregg Award for combining outstanding hockey ability, academic achievement and community involvement. The sports brief mentions that Hinse is a former team member of the Tigres de Victoriaville, of the Quebec junior major hockey league. The award to Hinse is also reported by The Link.
• An article in Autonet mentions that a team from Concordia will participate in the 9th Shell Eco-marathon Americas, where students from high schools, colleges and universities across North America compete to design a vehicle that can go the farthest on a single litre of gasoline. The Concordia Supermileage team is pictured and team member Mitchell Sfetcu is quoted.
