Falling gas prices

The impact of falling gas prices on the economy of Alberta is clearly negative and many observers are warning that province could be pushed into a recession. But lower gas prices produce a range of effects on a variety of economic sectors in other regions including Quebec.
Finance professor Lorne Switzer can sort out who will suffer and who will profit from the drop in the cost of petroleum products.
