Brian Mulroney to be named chairman of Quebecor Inc.

Former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney will assume greater responsibility at telecom and media giant Quebecor Inc. as the company draws a further line between itself and its controlling shareholder, Pierre Karl Péladeau. Michel Magnan, professor in the Department of Accountancy and Stephen A. Jarislowsky Chair in Corporate Governance, can field questions on what this change means for Quebecor.
