  • PIR Resourcing features research by Lea Katsanis, professor in the Department of Marketing, which was conducted in collaboration with recent John Molson School of Business graduate Erica Leonard. They found pharmaceutical companies are using the same marketing strategies as consumer-focused companies such as Apple, Coca-Cola and Harley-Davidson. Katsanis was interviewed on Pharma Marketing Talk about her research. Before It’s News also features a story on the study.

  • Capital Online (Spanish-language) features research conducted by Damon Matthews, professor in the Department of Geography, Planning and Environment, that found seven countries account for more than 60 percent of global warming between 1906 and 2005. This study is unique because it assigns a temperature change value to each country that reflects its contribution to observed global warming. The research is also featured in World News.
