Students in the news
Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:
- CBC News interviews Megan Kanerahtenhawi Whyte, a student at Concordia, who is the youth leader with the Native Youth Sexual Health Network. The Network has been chosen to represent Canada and the United States at the first international expert group meeting on sexual health and reproductive rights at the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous issues.
- Hanaa Badaoui, MBA student in the John Molson School of Business and one of the student organizers for the MBA International Case Competition, appeared on Montreal’s Breakfast Television yesterday morning to discuss this year’s competition.
- Quartier Libre features a story about caffeine use among students and quotes Lydia Belhimeur, a psychology student, who explains that although she regularly drinks coffee out of habit, she often increases her caffeine intake during exams.
