Concordia faculty and researchers are regularly asked to offer expert, informed opinions on many of today's most pressing problems. Read some of the latest news items about Concordians:
- Le Devoir publishes an op-ed written by Guy Lachapelle, professor in the Department of Political Science and Secretary General of the International Political Science Association, that discusses the value of a social science degree. The op-ed is published in advance of for the 2nd annual World Social Science Forum that will bring together more than 750 experts from all disciplines of social sciences and other disciplines, including many Concordia researchers: ECN Mag.
- Mia Consalvo, Canada Research Chair in Game Studies and Design and professor in the Department of Communication Studies, will be giving a lecture at the University of Delaware on Wednesday, December 4, to discuss the relationship between social media and gaming: The University of Delaware website.
