Students in the news
Current students at Concordia do outstanding academic work and get involved in community projects that improve our quality of life. See what they've been up to:
- Nicholas Stratigopoulos, physical and health education teacher and master’s candidate in the Department of Education, will release a new smartphone application, PE Geeks. The app is an interactive directory of physical and health specialists and educators around the world: PR-GB, Online PR News and Free Press Index.
- Addict3D announces that Concordia’s Science Federation of Associations (ASFA) has released its first smartphone application, developed and powered by Wildcard Montreal! The app will allow students to stay up-to-date with all ASFA activities both on and off campus and will be the primary means of communication between ASFA’s frosh participants and leaders.
- The Montreal Gazette publishes an article about a rally that took place on Friday, August 23 to protest Egypt’s military-supported interim government. The article quotes Nour El-Mohri, a Concordia student of Algerian descent who took part in the rally.
