Mile End Heritage Building

Aaron Zak, a student in the Faculty of Fine Arts is quoted in an article in the Montreal Gazette. The article discusses a heritage building in the Mile End borough of Montreal that will allow a Jewish school and daycare to occupy the ground floor in exchange for a 30-year lease guaranteeing low rents for the artists such as Zak who work and live in the building already.
