Ban on bidding

Bruce Hicks, who teaches political science, is quoted in the Montreal Gazette in an article about Mayor Michael Applebaum’s announcement that the City of Montreal was barring engineering firm Dessau from bidding on public work contracts for the next five years because it admitted to collusion before the Charbonneau Commission.
