Ian Irvine, professor in the Department of Economics, appeared on CTV News Montreal (appearance begins at 1 minute and 29 seconds) to discuss a new Parti Québécois publicity campaign promoting sovereignty that expresses that Quebec taxpayers would be wealthier if they only had one level of government to support.
